Who am i?

I am a creative professional based in the West Midlands, shaped by my working-class upbringing and a neurodiversity diagnosis that helped me understand a world in which I have never quite fit. Growing up in a low-income area that is often overlooked, I learned early on the importance of having your voice heard and how frequently such voices go ignored.

I am passionate about producing high-quality, effective content for organisations with a positive ethos, especially those driving change and promoting positivity. To me, great content not only looks good but also communicates, resonates meaningfully, and uplifts the values behind it.

My advocacy for sustainability extends to both content making and my research work. Through research funded by Media Cymru, I have explored how circular economy principles can be integrated into the media industry, creating systems that are greener, fairer, and more future-focused. I believe sustainability involves rethinking value, ownership, and opportunity within the creative sector.

Rooted in lived experience, my ultimate goal is to continue building platforms that allow others to be seen, heard, and understood, especially those who have been told too often that they do not belong in the frame.
